Imposter
A multilingual social-deduction game played by passing one phone around the room. Most players receive a secret word; one player has to blend in without knowing it.
Development notes
The design focuses on private role reveals, quick setup and letting players use different languages in the same game. I’m exploring English, Arabic and Turkish content, the round flow and the reveal interaction.
Devlog
Devlog — Private reveals
A deliberate press and hold reveals the card; releasing hides it immediately. The working interaction study explores this one mechanic and is not a complete playable game.
Devlog — Language per player
I’m exploring English, Arabic and Turkish content, with language choices belonging to each player.
Next checkpoint:
Develop the setup-to-vote round flow. The final engine and implementation stack remain undecided.
Devlog — Starting local
The first useful version is designed around one room and one phone. The focus is the round interaction before accounts, matchmaking or server infrastructure.
Devlog — Making it feel physical
The reveal should have weight without becoming a long animation. It needs to stay interruptible and responsive, with a clear return to the hidden state.
INTERACTION STUDY / READY
